Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will provide basic nursing care within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily needs, including personal care.
• Prepare residents for activities and social programs.
• Perform routine activities following standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Provide basic nursing care within the scope of CNA responsibilities.
• Perform basic nursing procedures under supervision of licensed nurse.

Qualifications

• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Must have active, in‑good‑standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as a CNA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
