Job summary

Golden Haven Care Center in Glendale, California is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

We offer a full-time rotating 4 days on, 2 days off schedule with AM, PM, and NOC shifts. Competitive pay $21-$25/hour, and a $600 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in state with a CNA program completed.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) under Charge Nurse supervision.
• Record and monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and families.
• Treat all residents and team members with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.

Education

CNA certification (state) + completed CNA program

Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to provide assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) for our residents according to policies and procedures established by Santa Anita Convalescent Hospital
• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) and assist with taking and recording resident vital signs
• Collaborate with your team and assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and their families
• Treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity

Job Requirements:

• CNA certification in state with a successful completion of a CNA program
• BLS (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

Available Shifts:

• Full Time (4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule)
• Available shifts: AM (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), PM (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), and NOC (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
