Joybridgecare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) across Georgia to provide skilled personal care under the supervision of an RN. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and performing clinical observations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass GCHEXS fingerprint background check.
• Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all PCA duties including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to RN.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.

Job description

Deliver skilled personal care and basic nursing tasks under RN supervision. CNAs combine hands-on ADL assistance with clinical observations, vital sign monitoring, and care plan execution.

Department Clinical Services

Reports To RN Supervisor

FLSA Status Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Location Client homes across Georgia

• Perform all PCA duties (bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding)
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to RN
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises
• Maintain infection control and universal precautions

Documentation

• Record vital signs and observations each visit
• Report concerns to RN Supervisor promptly
• Participate in care conferences when requested

Qualifications

Required

• Active Georgia CNA certification
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass GCHEXS fingerprint background check
• CPR/First Aid certification (current)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• 1+ years of home care or facility experience
• Experience with elderly or disabled populations

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Extended standing and walking
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling
• Assist with client transfers and ambulation
• Fine motor skills for clinical care tasks

Training Provided

• Agency-specific policies and procedures
• Annual competency evaluation
• 12 hours annual continuing education
