Job summary

Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Wilmington, DE is seeking compassionate CNAs to join a supportive team. Earn $19–$21/hour with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and work full-time or part-time on all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Delaware.
• Previous CNA experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with residents and demonstrate Compassionate and caring demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents, including bathing, dressing, serving meals and assisting with feeding as needed.
• Assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
• Follow directions of nurses and other licensed medical professionals.
• Be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team.
