Complete Care is seeking caring and dependable CNAs to join our newly renovated skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Franklin, NJ. We offer full-time and per diem shifts with daily pay options and a strong commitment to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High school diploma or GED required; CNA certification essential.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and mobility.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and prepare rooms with supplies.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team; document care.
• Encourage resident engagement, social interaction, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to provide outstanding care.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
