Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team in Fort Worth, TX. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while adhering to all applicable laws and Life Care standards.

Join our team to deliver direct patient care, communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary group, and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of State-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required by hire or during orientation.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with laws and Life Care standards.
• Perform direct patient care tasks (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) as directed.
• Communicate and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.

Education

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
