What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meals
• Create a calm, safe environment where residents feel seen, heard, and respected
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to the care team
• Participate in activities that encourage cognitive engagement and emotional well-being
• Offer gentle encouragement and companionship throughout the day

What You Bring To The Team

• Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana
• CPR certification preferred
• A calm, patient approach to memory care
• Ability to work well as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
