About the Opportunity:

As a Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - per diem, you'll be a critical source of strength, care, and comfort for those we serve. In this role, you will:

• Provide professional, compassionate, and personal care to home care clients
• Deliver support directly in residences across our community
• Carry out care plans as assigned by the Home Care Manager
• Make every interaction one of dignity, respect, and hope

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• A minimum of one year of experience in the geriatric health care field
• Current or eligible certification in Cardio/Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• A heart for Acts Home Care, with 3-6 months of on-the-job training provided
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to all communities within the Northeast Region (Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware counties)
• If transporting a resident, must provide proof of automobile liability insurance and valid state driver's license

Pay Range

$17.28 - $21.20 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
