Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) at Granite Farms Estates in Media, PA. The per diem position offers direct care, compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, and emphasis on resident safety and comfort.

Eligible team members receive extensive benefits including health, retirement, paid time off, and a 401(k) match. Pay ranges from $17.28 to $21.58 per hour with next day pay via PayActiv.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care.
• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes to the supervisor.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care. Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver's license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Pay Range

$17.28 - $21.58 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
