Job summary

Legend Senior Living in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join our caring nursing team in full-time evening shifts. You will support residents with daily living activities, personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, and mobility, helping maintain independence and comfort.

You will monitor residents' well-being, document shift tasks, and communicate any urgent needs to the Health Care Director.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document tasks in daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns to the Health Care Director and nursing team.
• Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.

• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
