Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Greenleaf Health Campus in Elkhart, IN. You will provide daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan, with a focus on companionship and personalized support.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents' conditions, and collaborating with the team to ensure comfort and safety. CNA certification and HS diploma are required; 0–1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA Certification
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
