Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking an overnight certified nursing assistant (CNA) to support clients in their homes in Utah. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, with emphasis on reliable scheduling and professional communication with families and caregivers.

We offer competitive pay starting at $16/hour+, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and employee recognition

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with overnight availability.
• Must hold an active CNA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
