• Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available, including 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a; every other weekend required.
• Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, following Care Plans, and supporting residents with neuro, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infection control, and wound care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Qualifications: active CNA certification, high school diploma or GED preferred.
