Dixon Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate daily care to residents on various shifts. You will assist with personal needs, activities, and routine tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Active CNA certification in Illinois is required; LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is preferred. We offer strong benefits, competitive wages, and sign-on bonuses to join our caring team.

Formación

Full-Time Days: (12hr shifts) 6:30am-7:00pm

Full-Time Evenings: (7.5hrs shifts) 2:30pm-10:30pm

Part Time Days: 6:30am-2:30pm

What Will You Do in This Role? As a Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering and assisting resident with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
