Job summary

South Hampton Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, and support participation in activities and social programs, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.

The role requires an active CNA certification in the state of practice and prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is preferred. A professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Prior CNA experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.

Shift Differential Available for Evening ($1) and Night ($2) Shifts.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering and assisting resident with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
