Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Loudoun County, Virginia, is hiring CNAs to support residents with daily living, delivering person-centered care that respects preferences and promotes comfort and belonging.

We offer part-time and full-time roles with pay ranges of $20 to $22.75 per hour plus shift differentials; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, onsite clinics, discount dining, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.
