Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 FT + $2,000 PT, paid bi-weekly. 8-hour shifts available.

Responsibilities: Care for guests under RN or LPN supervision. Responsibilities include:

• Take and record vital signs
• Measure and record height, weight, intake, and output
• Maintain guest environment
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting
• Assist with eating and hydration
• Observe and report skin changes; provide skin care
• Address mental health and social needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• CNA certification
