Job summary

Whitehall of Deerfield, located at 300 Waukegan Rd, Deerfield, IL, is seeking Full-time and Part-time PM and Night shift CNAs to join a caring, supportive team delivering high-quality daily living activities and clinical care.

As a CNA you will assist residents with ADLs, monitor conditions, maintain safety, and contribute to education. Illinois CNA certification required; prior experience preferred, with opportunities to grow within a prestigious post-acute care facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate or completion from an Illinois CNA training program.
• Prior CNA experience preferred but not required; willingness to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to maintain comfort and dignity.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
• Contribute to resident education and care planning as part of a high-performing clinical team.

As a CNA you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Whitehall of Deerfield by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited CNA training course. Prior CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
