Job summary

Trilogy in Crawfordsville, IN is hiring CNAs to provide daily nursing care per each resident's plan of care, including companionship and encouragement. You will work with a caring team to support residents’ comfort and well‑being in a long‑term care setting.

The position emphasizes compassionate, individualized care, observation of changes in residents, and collaboration with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
