Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group in Colville, WA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care in our long-term care center.

You will assist with ADLs, take vital signs, help with feeding, mobility, and documentation, following the established care plan and standards.

Qualifications

• Current nursing assistant certification in Washington state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.

Buena Vista Healthcare is looking for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.

Essential Functions:

• Answers signal lights
• Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation

Qualifications:

• Required: Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Employment
• Required: High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team setting
