Job Type: Full Time located in Alamosa, Colorado
Compensation: $18 - $22 dependent upon experience

Essential Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum Education: Must have completed a state accredited CNA Program.
Minimum Experience:1-year experience working as a CNA preferred. Home care experience preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Must have a Colorado CNA certificate in good standing (DORA). Current BLS/CPR required.

Working Conditions:
Home environment. May be exposed to occupational hazards such as communicable diseases, harmful chemicals, and/or disoriented or combative patients. Must be able to work under stress and be emotionally capable of coping with changes in activity.

Electronic health record system, laptop/tablet, vital sign, and assessment equipment.
