Job summary

Complete Care at Harrington Court in Colchester, CT, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. This role supports residents with daily living activities and high-quality care, while adhering to state and federal guidelines.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, various shifts, and a benefits package that includes overtime after 8 hours, medical insurance, uniform allowance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have an active Connecticut CNA certification.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs and assist with daily living activities.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports and records.
• Follow local, state, and federal guidelines in all duties.
• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
