Signature HealthCARE is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant in Cleveland, TN, to provide compassionate direct resident care under licensed supervision. The role focuses on ADLs, safety, and maintaining a supportive, respectful environment for residents.

You will collaborate with a nursing team, ensure timely response to resident needs, and uphold facility policies. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for full-time night shift, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Function independently with personal integrity while engaging with residents and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living within the resident's plan of care.
• Change bed linens and maintain room cleanliness and grooming supplies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using safe body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food intake as assigned.
• Turn and position residents regularly to prevent pressure injuries.
• Support resident rights and choices within care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff as requested.

How you Will make a difference

Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice as defined by state regulation and the resident’s plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident room on a regular basis.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.
• Routinely turn and position residents, as necessary.
• Recognize and support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Maintain established housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist with resident needs.
• Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state in which the facility operates.

• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
