Job summary

Yonkers Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for all shifts at 115 S Broadway, Yonkers, NY. Roles include assisting residents with ADLs, meals, and care plans; opportunities for full-time, part-time, and PRN work.

We offer a $6,000 sign-on bonus, pay rate of $21.02/hr, weekly payroll, daily pay, health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, direct deposit, and flexible scheduling. Overnight shift differential is 10%.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required by the state.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a care setting is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs and collaborating with the team to ensure care quality.
• Assisting at meals.
• Following infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and recording heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures as instructed.
• Reporting changes in residents' condition to supervisor promptly.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
• Reports all changes in residents' condition to supervisor as soon as practical

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:
