Job summary

Yonkers Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Yonkers, NY. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with competitive benefits and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification by State is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs and working with the team to provide appropriate care.
• Assisting at meals.
• Following infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and recording heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures as instructed.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor promptly.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical
