Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care under nursing supervision. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting the nursing team during evenings and night shifts.

The position is full-time or part-time with competitive pay, shifts that include evenings and nights, and multiple bonus opportunities along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Current NYS CNA certification in good standing.
• Pass a Criminal History Background Check.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while assisting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Pass meal trays, assist with feeding, and monitor food and fluid intake
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Transport residents safely throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality resident care under nursing supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
