Base Rate is $16.5-$18 with an additional .75 cent shift differential.

About the position

Corning Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively seeking CNA Team Members to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Corning, NY. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting health issues to supervising nurse
• Providing personal hygiene care (bed baths, shaving, etc.)
• Setting up meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & maintaining Resident spaces
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current NY State Certification
• Good standing with State Registry
