Job summary

The Wellington at North Bend Crossing is a premier retirement community in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant. You will assist residents with daily activities, meals, and medication reminders in a caring environment.

This role requires an Ohio-licensed CNA and offers comprehensive benefits, PTO from day one, and opportunities for training and career growth within a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in Ohio.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in accordance with resident care standards, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts/transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, setting dining tables, serving meals, and monitoring fluids.
• Reminds residents to take medications and helps with containers and packaging.
• Notices changes in residents' behavior or condition and reports them to the Assisted Living Director.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities include:

• Performs duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care. Duties include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts and transfers


• Assists residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluid requirements, and offering substitutions when appropriate


• Reminding residents to take medication and opening containers and packages for residents


• Recognizes changes in the residents' behavior and conditions and reports those changes to the Assisted Living Director
