Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center, Casper, Wyoming

About Us: Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in Casper, Wyoming. Our 122-bed facility specializes in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and comfort care services. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.

Position Overview: We seek a compassionate CNA to support residents with daily activities and assist medical staff in providing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record vital signs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Respond to call lights and resident needs
• Maintain a safe, clean environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Report changes in resident condition
• Follow safety and infection control protocols
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clinical staff

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification
• First aid and CPR certifications
• Knowledge of resident care policies and regulations
