Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care for our residents in a community setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and ensure safety and comfort for each resident as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with state certification.
• Experience in resident care and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming).
• Check in with residents and provide meals support and mobility assistance.
• Perform vital signs checks and assist with clinical procedures as directed by policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety with residents and document care as required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
