Brookdale is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in the Potomac, MD area. You will work directly with residents, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care under the community’s policies.

You will perform vital sign checks and routine clinical procedures, support dining and hygiene, and communicate effectively with residents and care teams. Brookdale offers comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must maintain CNA certification.
• Experience providing daily living assistance and personal care.

Responsibilities

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
