Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents at our Cape Coral health and rehabilitation center. You will support daily living activities, monitor residents, and assist with meals, mobility, and personal care.

The role offers a variety of shifts including full-time evenings and part-time day, evening, and night coverage. A Florida CNA license and a commitment to respectful, person-centered care are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Floric CNA license (Florida) required.
• Able to communicate effectively and treat residents with dignity and respect.
• Completion of new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and patients following laws and standards.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Help with laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assist during dining, escort residents, serve meals and tidy dining areas.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
