Summary

We're seeking a caring, professional, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Canton, GA area to perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed practical nurses. Duties include assisting with all ADLs, ambulating and transfers, taking and recording vital signs, and maintaining confidentiality of resident and facility records.

Responsibilities of the CNA

• Assist patients with hygiene needs.
• Measure and record patients' temperatures and blood pressures.
• Observe and record patients' reactions to medications and treatments.
• Practice safety and infection control policies.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to meet unit patient care needs.
• Participate in organizing and prioritizing patient and unit activities.
• Supervision is received from nursing personnel on the unit.
