As a CNA, you will care for guests under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Responsibilities include:

• Taking and recording vital signs
• Measuring and recording height, weight, intake, and output
• Maintaining the guests’ environment
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Assisting with eating and hydration
• Observing guests’ skin and reporting changes to licensed nurses; providing skin care as needed
• Meeting guests’ mental health and social service needs

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED
• CNA certification
