Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our in-home care team in Shelton, Connecticut. You will deliver high-quality patient care in clients' homes, assisting with daily living tasks and mobility to help clients thrive.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of CNA/HHA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation for seniors.

About the Role:

As a CNA/HHA at SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include:

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and medication reminders
• Caring for seniors and assisting with their needs such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assisting with mobility and transfers, such as walking, standing, and transferring between beds and wheelchairs
• Foster a person centered care approach, where you learn about your client's specific needs and provide specific care to keep them safe and as independent as possible in their home
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our clients

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a CNA/HHA

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
