Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 164-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility, is seeking CNAs to join our compassionate team. You will provide basic resident care under licensed staff, assist with activities of daily living, and promote dignity and safety in daily life.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities, a $4,000 sign-on bonus for new FT hires, various shift options (days, evenings, nights), and daily pay options in a supportive culture focused on

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
