Job summary

Advocate Healthcare of East Boston seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. You’ll work with LPNs, RNs, and unit managers to support high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
  • Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition.
  • Support Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses in care delivery.
  • Participate in care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
  • Uphold safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
  • Serve as a mentor and role model for other Certified Nursing Assistants.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – $19.50–$23/hour | Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem | All Shifts Available

Positions Available: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem
Shifts: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am
