Job summary

Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Beverly, MA is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles across all shifts. You will support residents with daily living activities and work under licensed nursing staff.

We offer competitive pay from $17 to $23.50 per hour, up to $1.50 shift differential, same day pay, and a benefits package with health and retirement options. Join a team dedicated to dignity, comfort, and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment (Massachusetts).
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
