Job summary

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Measure and document vital signs and other resident information.
• Observe residents for changes and report to nursing team.
• Document resident care according to policies and procedures.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team.
• Promote dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.
