Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Brandon is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and rehabilitation tasks. You will work under nursing supervision to ensure safety and dignity, assist with transfers and treatments, and help create a caring, community-focused environment.

Florida CNA license is required. The role emphasizes dependable attendance, teamwork with staff, and ongoing support for residents' well-being

Competenze

• Current and valid CNA license in Florida.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to cooperate with nursing staff and residents.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility and daily routines.
• Assist nurse with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support residents with treatments and rehabilitation exercises.
• Observe and protect resident rights and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to nurses.
• Dependably come to work and be punctual.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
