Job summary

Cedar Crest Post Acute is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time and part-time roles. The position offers an hourly wage between $18 and $20.50 and features daily pay options.

Your role will include providing compassionate care to residents while assisting with daily living activities. As part of our team, you'll contribute to a respectful and dignified environment, enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
