Life Care Centers Of America in Alamosa, Colorado, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will provide routine daily nursing care under supervision, assisting with bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting while following all applicable laws and Life Care standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Licensed CNA in applicable state; active license required during employment.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program


• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.


• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred


• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
