Job summary

Arbor Terrace Acworth is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our assisted living team. This part-time role supports residents with daily living activities, helps maintain independence, and builds meaningful relationships in a warm, home-like environment.

You will work 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, every other weekend, and enjoy benefits such as paid time off, flexible pay options, health and retirement plans, and ongoing training as part of The Arbor Company.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA certification
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience preferred
• Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Memory Care experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining as needed
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
• Encourage resident independence while promoting dignity and respect
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
• Partner with nurses and the care team to deliver resident-centered care

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience preferred

• Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Memory Care experience is a plus

• A compassionate heart, dependable work ethic, and passion for serving seniors

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
