Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered care, support daily living, and ensure residents’ comfort and well-being.

We offer multiple shift options (PRN, part-time, full-time) with 8-hour shifts. Training for Med Tech is available; strong growth and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with focus on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation

From $20-$27/hr, including shift differentials and Med Tech. We train qualified and interested in CNAs for Med Tech!! Non- Med Tech roles also available.

Schedule

Various offered, including PRN, part-time and full-time. We work on 8 hour shifts: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a. Inquire what is open within!

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
