Oak Knoll Health and Rehabilitation LLC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will work closely with nurses to support daily living activities and ensure safety and comfort.

The role requires CNA certification in the state, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required, with CPR certification considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
