Certified Nursing Assistant - Bryn Mawr, PA - Full-Time and Part-Time Shifts

Join KeystoneCare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and provide personal care and support to elderly or convalescing patients, helping them maintain independence in their own homes. CNAs work both in patient homes and healthcare facilities, interacting with residents, families, and medical staff under supervision of a Registered Nurse and Scheduling Coordinator.

Location: Bryn Mawr, PA

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available, including:

  • Monday-Thursday: 4 pm - 11 pm
  • Friday: 10 am - 11 pm
  • Saturday: 4 pm - 11 pm
  • Sunday: 10 am - 11 pm
Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Assist frail, ill, or immobile clients with personal care, companionship, and comfort.
  2. Follow care plans and communicate effectively with RN Case Managers.
  3. Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
  4. Perform personal hygiene and light housekeeping tasks in the patient's living area.
  5. Follow nutritional guidelines, prepare meals, and assist with eating and drinking.
  6. Support clients with incontinence care and bathroom visits.
  7. Run errands such as grocery shopping for patients.
  8. Assist clients with mobility, including transfers from beds to chairs or wheelchairs.
  9. With prior approval, accompany clients to appointments or outings.
  10. Maintain a safe, clean environment and document care using electronic systems.
  11. Communicate scheduling needs and changes promptly.
  12. With proper training and authorization, administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills (reading, writing, verbal).
  • Valid Pennsylvania CNA license.
  • Successful completion of a job-specific knowledge exam.
  • Strong organizational skills and compassionate attitude.
  • Ability to document accurately and in detail.
  • Preferred: One year of home health experience.
  • Proof of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations or approved exemptions.
  • Driver’s license and auto insurance if in a driver role.
