Responsibilities

• Routine checks to meet residents' personal care needs
• Review and update care plans daily
• Report changes in residents' conditions to nurse supervisors
• Assist with daily activities, social programs, and transportation
• Maintain a warm, patient, and cheerful environment
• Prepare residents' rooms and ensure their comfort
• Participate in facility surveys and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (10th grade education)
• Licensed CNA in Oregon
• Passion for caregiving and improving residents' quality of life
