Job Description:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in New York State, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and essential healthcare support to patients in various healthcare settings. • Supporting Nursing Staff: Collaborate with registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) in implementing care plans and treatment protocols. Report any significant changes in a patient's condition to the nursing team.

• Patient Comfort: Create a supportive and comfortable environment for patients, offering emotional support and companionship.

• Safety and Infection Control: Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control procedures to protect both patients and healthcare personnel.

• Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
