Job summary

Lynn Haven Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our mission-driven team. As an integral member, you will care for residents with dignity, build relationships, and work alongside a compassionate staff in a supportive environment.

This full-time night shift offers starting pay $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, plus pay options

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable with a commitment to excellence.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents and families.
