Job summary

The Simpson community is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Med-Tech responsibilities for our overnight shift in Philadelphia, PA. This role is based at Simpson Assisted Living or Personal Care Communities and requires a PA CNA certification with training in medication management.

You will provide daily living assistance, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pennsylvania.
• Completion of a state-approved training program for Nursing Assistants.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols.
• Med-Tech responsibilities training will be provided within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Administer medications accurately under licensed nursing supervision.
• Document resident care and medication administration per facility policy.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team for holistic care.

What You\'ll Do:
